Kenna Quiller

Having completed a career as a corporate psychologist, Kenna understands human dynamics and behavioral issues. She consulted with major corporations worldwide on behavioral and performance issues in the workplace. She conducted new employee performance plans and diagnostic performance plans for existing employees. Kenna utilized a fully integrated approach from recruitment and selection through training and development. This approach encouraged continuous learning in the workplace. She also conducted training and coaching over many corporate related topics. Her two favorites were programs she developed; “Life After Burnout” and “Communicating with a Listening Heart.”

After a full business career, Kenna wanted to give back by helping students develop their strategic and tactical skills for successful workplace performance. She became an adjunct professor at Front Range Community College. There she taught Management, Business Development and Marketing where she helped students learn to develop business plans and marketing plans. 

Along with community volunteering, Kenna was chair of the international affairs committee for the annual Conference on World Affairs (CWA), at the University of Colorado Boulder.

She was instrumental in the development of Stephen ministry within Grace Commons church in Boulder, Colorado. She assisted in curriculum development and facilitated training curriculum for Stephen Ministry. Within 4 years Grace Commons had 100 trained and commissioned Stephen Ministers. Kenna conducted all intake interviews and matched care receivers with a Stephen Minister.

Kenna lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband of 41 years, Alan Quiller. They have 3 grown sons and 5 grandchildren. She is honored to be on the Board of Give Her Wings, a nonprofit that provides spiritual and financial support to women and their children who have been victims of abuse.
